About Climate Smart
The ClimateSmart campaign is a five-year initiative supporting the goals of Boulder’s Climate Action Plan (CAP) which outlines the city’s commitment to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to 22% below 2006 levels by 2012. ClimateSmart programs are managed by the city of Boulder’s Office of Environmental Affairs and are funded by the 2006 CAP tax, with additional financial support from Boulder County.
